Payment Terms
Please note that Jerseys.ng will not be held responsible for or assume any liability whatsoever in respect of any loss arising directly or indirectly from you due to:
1.        Lack of authorization or cross-check for any transaction/s, or

2.        Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”, or

3.        Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

4.        Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases/services on Jerseys.ng by you shall be compulsorily in Nigerian Naira acceptable by the Central Bank of Nigeria. Jerseys.ng does not accept any other form of currency regarding the purchases made on Jerseys.ng.

Termination or Breach of Agreement
We will immediately seek a temporary restraining order which may include a limit on your activity, immediately removing your information, and/or refuse to provide you with access to Jerseys.ng website in the event, if:

2.        Jerseys.ng is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide; or

Jerseys.ng tries to be as accurate as possible. However, there might be certain unprecedented errors. Should an item delivered to you be not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to Jerseys.ng unused.
Pricing/Typographical error
If Jerseys.ng any difference in pricing or product information occurs from typographical error, Jerseys.ng has the right to correct the same or cancel the order(s) and refund monies, if any has been collected from the customer within 10-15 business days of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will be the same with that used in placing the order. Cash on Delivery order refunds will be done by cheque or cash, as deemed fit by Jerseys.ng.
Order Cancellation
Jerseys.ng reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Jerseys.ng is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or does not comply with Jerseys.ng’s policy or for any reason. However, Jerseys.ng will ensure that any cancellation of order would be communicated to the concerned person within appropriate time and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time. 
Limitation of Liability
